I started my STR journey in 2015 with a handful of apartments and a straightforward idea: treat every rental like a hospitality business, not just a property. With a background in accounting and years in sales and business development, I brought financial discipline to a space most operators manage by instinct. Numbers. Margins. Systems.
Within four years, I was running 28 short-term rental units — my own properties and co-hosted apartments — and had diversified into commercial property management.
Then 2020 happened. COVID didn't just slow the business — it nearly ended it. And what came after — rebuilding from zero, in a completely changed market — turned out to be the most valuable education of my career.
By 2023 the business was running again. Stronger than before. In 2025 I started consulting, because a decade of building this business twice gives you something no course can replicate: real answers to real problems.
